Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue, please contact us.

All sales are final

Return/refund requests are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, but in general - no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If there is an issue with your order due to a mistake on our part, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of all packaging, and any related product photos. After 48 hours of delivery, all sales are final without exception.

Returns are only accepted if we’ve made an error, such as grossly misrepresenting a product by failing to disclose serious damage, providing inaccurate measurements (more than 3 inches off from listed measurements), or sending the wrong item.

Please be sure to read the item descriptions and review the measurements carefully before purchasing. We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on sizing issues.
